Brief – Users will be able to perform the following Audio Visual functions per area:
Demo Wall Area:
- Present their own laptop Desktop and/or any device with an HDMI output via a wall-mounted wall-plate located in the demo area with a single HDMI input connection
- Present their own desktop or mobile device wirelessly using Extron’s Dedicated Wireless Sharing application. Wireless sharing support for Mac® and Windows® computers as well as Apple® and Android™ tablets and smartphones is included. Native Apple Screen mirroring feature (Airplay) is also supported from Apple devices
- Play custom corporate media content on all 6 x 32” screens via the Media Content Management System. Content can include images, text, analogue/digital clocks, videos and HTML/Flash Content. This content will be managed via the CMS (Content Management Server) located on the Tech disruption Centre LAN and unique content can be uploaded/played within the Demo Wall area if desired
- Any of the video sources and media content mentioned above can also be duplicated to any combination of other screens within the tech disruption centre (besides the Shopfront interactive display and the Meeting Room Display which are standalone zones)
Meeting Room:
- Present their own laptop Desktop and/or any device with an HDMI output via a recessed table connection point/cable cubby with a single HDMI cable
- Present their own desktop and/or mobile device wirelessly using Extron’s Dedicated Wireless Sharing application. Wireless sharing support for Mac® and Windows® computers as well as Apple® and Android™ tablets and smartphones is included. Native Apple Screen mirroring feature (Airplay) is also supported from Apple devices
- Host a Video Conference using their choice of video conferencing software from their own laptop as the Host PC to run the video conference.
- Logitech Cameras, speakers and mics will be provided to the laptop via a single USB cable located at the same cable cubby mentioned in point 1 above
- This Meeting Room is a standalone meeting room and as such the user will not be able to duplicate video sources such as laptops and/or mobile devices within this room to other screens located within the tech disruption center
Pillar:
- Present their own laptop Desktop or any device with an HDMI output via 2 x wall-mounted wall-plates located in the Pillar area with a single HDMI input connection each
- Present their own desktop and/or mobile device wirelessly using Extron’s Dedicated Wireless Sharing application. Wireless sharing support for Mac® and Windows® computers as well as Apple® and Android™ tablets and smartphones is included. Native Apple Screen mirroring feature (Airplay) is also supported from Apple devices
- Play custom corporate media content on all 4 x 43” screens via the Media Content Management System. Content can include images, text, analogue/digital clocks, videos and HTML/Flash Content. This content will be managed via the CMS (Content Management Server) located on the Tech disruption Centre LAN and unique content can be uploaded/played within the Pillar area if desired any of the video sources and media content mentioned above can also be duplicated to any combination of other screens within the tech disruption centre (besides the Shopfront interactive display and the Meeting Room Display which are standalone zones)
3 x Workstations:
- Present their own laptop Desktop or any device with an HDMI or USB-C output via a recessed table connection point/cable cubby with a single HDMI cable and a single USB-C Cable per cable cubby
- Present their own desktop and/or mobile device wirelessly using Extron’s Dedicated Wireless Sharing application. Wireless sharing support for Mac® and Windows® computers as well as Apple® and Android™ tablets and smartphones is included. Native Apple Screen mirroring feature (Airplay) is also supported from Apple devices

- Two of the three workstations will contain 6 x Motorized Steel Retractable monitors each. These Retractable monitors are mounted into the table and will allow users to plug in and display their own device such as a Raspberry Pi or any device with an HDMI output. These HDMI cables will be available to users via a slot in the center of the meeting room table (1 x HDMI Cable per monitor). Each Retractable Monitor will display its own content and will not be routable to other monitors and/or displays within the tech disruption center. Users can retract these monitors back into the table when monitors are not in use. Each monitor will have its own Up/Down button to retract the monitor back into the table and out of sight
Presentation Area:
- Present their own desktop and/or mobile device wirelessly using Extron’s Dedicated Wireless Sharing application. Wireless sharing support for Mac® and Windows® computers as well as Apple® and Android™ tablets and smartphones is included. Native Apple Screen mirroring feature (Airplay) is also supported from Apple devices
- Duplicate any other video source in the building to the video wall in the presentation area. This can include audio from laptops, mobile devices, DSTV decoder and the Media content/signage system
All Areas:
- Present/make announcements via wireless lapel and handheld microphone systems as well as route any audio in the venue to any speaker zone. This can include audio from laptops, mobile devices, DSTV decoder and the Media content/signage system (this excludes the audio from the Shopfront interactive display and the Meeting Room Display which are standalone zones)
- Control all lights and audio/video routing in the venue from 2 x Wall Mounted 10” Touch panels.
- Equipment Rack will house all central control and audio/video equipment in order to ensure good ventilation and easy central management of the system
- Lighting Control equipment will be housed in the Lighting DB board and connected back to the main Control equipment to enable control of the lighting circuits from the 2 x Wall Mounted 10” touch panels. “There will also be 2 x 6 button wall-mounted keypads located within the venue for easy user access to control lighting circuits”
Walkway Facing LED Video Wall:
- Any video source within the venue can be routed to the LED video wall including laptops, mobile devices, DSTV decoder and the Media content/signage players(this excludes the audio from the Shopfront interactive display and the Meeting Room Display which are standalone zones)
- Play custom corporate media content on the LED video wall screen via the Media Content Management System. Content can include images, text, analogue/digital clocks, videos and HTML/Flash Content. This content will be managed via the CMS (Content Management Server) located on the Tech disruption Centre LAN and unique content can be uploaded/played on the LED video wall if desired
- Any of the video sources mentioned above can also be duplicated to any combination of other screens within the tech disruption center (besides the Shopfront interactive display and the Meeting Room Display which are standalone zones)
Interactive Shopfront Window Screen:
- This is a standalone zone where custom corporate interactive content can be uploaded and managed via the Content management system. Users will be able to interact with the pre-determined/pre-defined content options by pressing the interactive screen. Content can include images, text, analogue/digital clocks, videos and HTML/Flash Content. This content will be managed via the CMS (Content Management Server) located on the Tech disruption Centre LAN and unique content can be uploaded/played on the Interactive Shopfront Window screen
